Sydney Carter is a graduate of the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, where she majored in Multidisplinary with an emphasis in Printmaking. She has held leadership roles in school as well as in her community. She has had the opportunity to be on the board of Youth Commissioners of Philadelphia in 2009 as well as awarded the Good Citizenship award of the Union League of Philadelphia. "The greatest risk anyone can take is that of being themselves." Sydney serves as the Cheif Executive Officer for N_Ovation Valley.

Matt Brown is a Philadelphia native and graduate of Carnegie Mellon University where he continues to serve on their alumni admissions team. After receiving his bachelors degree in English, he went on to become heavily involved in the world of journalism, including serving as the co-editor-in-chief of Philadelphia's TotalSportsLive.com. Brown is also a contrubuting writer for JENESISMagazine.com and Novationvalley.com. When he isn't writing, he can be found watching insane amounts of football and pro wrestling, as well as engaging in endless JAY Z vs. Nas debates.
